What to Expect

  1. Meet your Care Manager Team

    Once you’re enrolled in Interconnect and have signed your electronic consent form, your dedicated Care Manager Team will reach out to explain how Interconnect can help.

  2. Explore coverage assistance

    Your Care Manager Team will help you understand your insurance benefits and additional assistance options.

  3. Understand prescription delivery

    Your Care Manager Team will work with the appropriate specialty pharmacy to process and ship your LYNAVOY prescription right to your home. The specialty pharmacy will contact you to confirm delivery details, and you will typically receive your initial prescription within 3 to 4 weeks.

  4. Coordinate refills

    Your Care Manager Team will help you understand how to refill your LYNAVOY prescription and explain how your specialty pharmacy will communicate with you.

Ongoing Support

As you continue treatment, Interconnect can continue to help with:

  • Any changes in your health insurance or coverage
  • Educational materials that you need to support your treatment journey
  • Answering process-specific questions that come up along the way

Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a wholly owned biopharmaceutical subsidiary of Alfasigma S.p.A., has voluntarily withdrawn OCALIVA® (obeticholic acid) from the market for the treatment of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), effective November 14.

Patients should talk to their healthcare professionals and may also contact Intercept's patient support services (Interconnect at 1-844-622-4278) through December 31, 2025.

Interconnect's website is being temporarily maintained and is no longer fully functional for enrollment purposes due to the withdrawal of OCALIVA.
